CDE welcomes new Business Development Manager in Canada

CDE has appointed Brent Wilde as business development manager for Canada to support the firm’s continued growth across the country.

Brent joins the team with a wealth of experience in areas such as aggregate processing, materials recycling and environmental solutions development.

Brent’s appointment follows CDE welcoming Chad Greenfield as Vice President of Sales for North and Latin America, which marked a significant milestone in its continued expansion across Canada, the United States, and LATAM countries.

With over twenty years of experience in the construction industry, Brent has held various roles across business development, operations, construction management and project management.

In recent years, Brent has been heavily involved in the advancement of soil washing and resource recovery opportunities within the Canadian market, contributing to project development, operational planning, and business strategy related to contaminated soil remediation and sustainable materials recovery.

Having graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce, and with experience in operational leadership, Brent has a practical understanding of both project execution and commercial strategy across complex industrial and construction environments.

At CDE, Brent will focus on driving growth and strengthening the company’s presence across Canada, and working closely with customers to help develop practical, commercially viable recovery and recycling solutions.

Commenting on his new role, Brent Wilde said: “I’m really excited to be joining CDE. This is a really exciting time for CDE and the natural processing and waste recycling sectors in Canada, and I’m eager to help customers find sustainable solutions for their materials.

Brent will be speaking at the Waste to Resource Conference in Ontario on construction and demolition (C&D) waste as part of the Waste Diversion Track on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 11:15 a.m. at Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
